Where math meets markers

  • Start with a sheet of small hexagon grid. Below it is laminated and the children use dry erase markers.
  • The starting child picks one hexagon to fill in.
  • For the next child, their colored in hexagon must touch one side of the previous hexagon.
  • Continue around as a snake, or something more intentioned by the group develops
  • Use a write-on die to roll and compare intentioned game to random chance.
