I hope you enjoy this explosive party favor. The fuel cells are minarture bath bombs, so non-toxic, but I don’t suggest eating them. The recycled film canister has 3 parts: the canister, the decorative topper, and the lid.

  1. Fill the canister 1/2 full of regular water.
  2. Make a clearing and launch area 20 feet away from roofs.
  3. Turn the lid inside up with 1 fuel cell wide end up so the fuel cell sets inside the recess of the lid.
  4. Working incrediably quickly, flip the lid onto the open canister. Establish a seal and flip the canister so the topper is right-side-up. Place on the lauch pad. Back everyone up and wait.
  5. If you think it’s a dud, use your foot to tip it over and sqeeze the lid edge to pop off the lid.
  6. Try reusing the fuel cells as they still have some rocketry life in them.
